SECTION A – SPECIFIC TERMS FOR THIS CONTEST
1. CONTEST PERIOD:
The submission period will end at 11:59:59 pm on October 4, 2021；the winner will be notified on October 8th, at 12:00 pm Central Standard Time (“CST”)
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The contest is open to residents of the United States, aged 18 and over.

*Any personal information collected from the entrant(such as the email address, name/nickname, photograph, etc.) will be used according to the privacy policy described at https://dirigiblestudio.com/privacy-policy/ and will not be sold in any manner. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the giveaway is prohibited.
4. PRIZES:
A free customized Dirigible Website built on Dirigible Platform with complimentary hosting for a year. After the period is complete, you are responsible for payment of hosting fees and any other associated website costs.

5.WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected by our team at Dirigible Studio, LLC. Selection of winner will be based on type of website requested, along with compelling brand or organization story.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Potential winners will be notified by email on or about October 7th, 2021. Any entrant selected to receive a prize who does not reply via email within three (3) business days of the notification being sent will have their entry canceled and a second entrant will be selected. If the second entrant selected does not reply by email within three (3) business days following the second selection, their entry will be canceled and a third entrant will be reached under the same conditions. In the event the third entrant cannot be reached, the prize will not be awarded.
Accept the prize as described in these rules. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for money or any other consideration unless specified above. Prizes cannot be shared on the Internet for money or any other consideration.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to provide a valid photo ID and to sign a release form releasing Dirigible Studio and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prize, confirming compliance with the Contest rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by Dirigible Studio and/or its partners. The signed form must be received by Dirigible Studio within three (3) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Should the potential winner (or any other alternate potential winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Dirigible Studio shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential winner will be selected if time permits.
All participants must abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations. Dirigible Studio reserves the right to amend or change the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Dirigible Studio, its consultants, or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellations, or terminations. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for use in promotional material by Dirigible Studio, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of Dirigible Studio. Dirigible Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant which it has grounds to believe (a) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violated the Contest Rules and Regulations; (c) violated the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of Dirigible Studio, or (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
Dirigible Studio is not responsible for participants who are not able to use any of the resources of the limitations of their computers. Dirigible Studio is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of entries in the contest. Dirigible Studio assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Dirigible Studio Technology is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials from Fotophire Online.
These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in Dane County, Wisconsin. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Undersigned hereby agree to the terms, conditions and stipulations of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of both parties. Any changes or modification thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.
