Manage Social Feeds displays your Instagram account’s own posts as a gallery on a website you control. You can remove your data at any time using any of the methods below.
What gets deleted
When you delete your data, we remove:
- the encrypted access token authorizing access to your account,
- the cached copies of your posts (captions, permalinks, timestamps),
- the post images stored in your website’s media library, and
- your stored profile information (username, account ID, profile picture).
How to delete your data
Option 1 — Disconnect in your website dashboard (fastest). Log in to your website’s WordPress admin, go to Settings → Feeds, find your Instagram source, and click Disconnect. You will be asked whether to also remove the imported images; choosing to remove them deletes everything listed above.
Option 2 — Revoke access from Instagram. Open Instagram, go to Settings and privacy → Apps and websites, and remove Manage Social Feeds. Revoking access invalidates the token and signals our service to delete your stored data.
Option 3 — Email us. Send a request to [support@dirigiblestudio.com] from, or referencing, the connected account, and we will delete all stored data on your behalf.
Timeline
Disconnecting or revoking access removes your data immediately or on the next scheduled cleanup. For email requests, we complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm once it is done.
